Become a Reach Teacher

Reach is changing the approach of K-12+ education and creating innovative ways to educate. We are recruiting engaging, diverse and knowledgeable teachers across all subjects and grades to educate children from around the world.
Reach teachers create supplemental, video-based courses ranging from 1 course to many (each course consists of roughly 10 lessons that are each roughly 10 minutes in length). We provide the equipment, coordinate and collaborate on curriculum and then further enhance your course content with illustrations, graphics, 3D and animations from our world-class creative team.
Reach is currently auditioning teachers to join our community of the top 5% of all teachers. This is an opportunity to showcase your subject knowledge and creativity while earning reoccurring revenue in our video based platform.
To audition, fill out this application along with an attached resume/CV and a short audition video. The video should be no more than 5 minutes in length and should show a sample of you teaching a class on a chosen subject. This is to give our team a brief understanding of your presence in front of a camera and teaching style (as all courses are delivered in an online environment).
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s and/or Masters Degree in Education (Masters preferred)
- 5+ Years prior teaching experience
- Comfortable working with recording equipment (provided by Reach)
- Collaborating online (Zoom, email)
- Because we are looking for the very best teachers any examples or other evidence of your capabilities, experience and accomplishments such as awards, Ted talks and more are very important
- Creative ideas to showcase course content in a recorded video
Compensation
Compensation is based on video views within the platform and will be discussed in more detail in the process of building relationship together.
